These evaporators make use of heat obtained from steam in order to evaporate water. Under these evaporator plants, water is first boiled in a series of containers. Then each containers will have low pressure than previous one because the boiling temperature of water comes down with decrease in pressure. There are only four stages involved that include more than four series of containers.
